SEV PURI


INGREDIENTS


1. Papdi - 8-10
2. Sev
3. Potato - 1 medium ( boiled and crushed)
4. Chopped coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
5. Green chutney
6. Sweet chutney
7. Chopped onion - 1/4 cup
8. Chaat masala

METHOD 

1. Place the papdis on a plate.
2. Put a tea spoon each of potato, onion and coriander leaves and a little green chutney/sweet chutney (or both) over the papdis. Sprinkle chaat masala. ( optional. Sev puri tastes good even without chaat masala) 
3. Add sev lavishly.
